Reservations

Thank you for considering Camp Rock Creek for your event. Please make sure your date is available on the calendar before submitting your form. Deposit is required to hold your reservation. Reservations will be confirmed by e-mail once we receive your Reservation Form and Deposit. Please e-mail us with any questions.

RENTAL OPTIONS: 

SUMMER SESSIONS

Deposit of $500.00 due on March 1 to reserve summer camp session or risk losing their week.  Deposits become non-refundable 60 days prior to session.  Deposits are not to be deducted from final payment of camp and will be mailed back two weeks following the session’s successful check out from camp.

Total fee for the session is $8,100 per week.  This must be paid upon arrival at camp or deposit may be withheld.

SUMMER DAY CAMP

$20 per person or $800 per day, whichever is greater.  This must be paid upon arrival at camp or deposit may be withheld.

RETREATS

1-40 people, $800 per night

40+ people, $20/person/night

Deposits of $400 due upon reservation. 

Failure to make a deposit could result in loss of reservation. Deposits are not to be deducted from final payment of camp and will be mailed back two weeks following the session’s successful check out from camp. Cancelling a retreat without two weeks advance notice can result in loss of deposit.

SPECIAL USES

RV hook ups - $60 per RV

Daytime only use of the grounds and dining hall - $200 per day.  $400 deposit to hold reservation.

Daytime use of grounds only - $2 per person or $100, whichever is greater

The Global Villages - Day use only - $10/person. 

The Global Villages - Overnight use - $30/person for supporting groups

Your booking is not confirmed until we receive your Deposit. There is a deposit for renting the camp ($500 for summer sessions, $400 for all other). This is to ensure that you leave the camp in the same condition that you found it. Your deposit will be returned to you within two weeks of your rental. Any Camp Rules that are dismissed or cleaning that is left undone or damage that you cause will be deducted from your Deposit.

Camp Rules

-Please respect the property.

-No fireworks, firearms, or weapons of any kind

-Campfires are permitted only in existing campfire rings, unless we are under a fire alert, then no fires will be allowed anywhere on the camp premises.

-NO PETS are allowed on the premises

-No alcohol or drugs, including tobacco and vaping are allowed on the premises

-Camp Director is responsible for providing adequate supervision in each cabin. Lack of supervision could result in loss of your Deposit.

-Full payment will be expected upon your arrival.

Camp Rock Creek is a Christian ministry governed by a board consisting of members of local churches of Christ. Its purposes are primarily religious in nature and events held at the camp cannot violate the Biblical values or beliefs of the camp's board or its supporting congregations. 

TO RESERVE THE CAMP:

1. Check the calendar and with the Camp Coordinator  to make sure your time is available.
2. Please submit the Reservation form below and submit your Deposit. *** SEE BELOW ON DEPOSIT INFORMATION!!
3. Please download and print the Hold Harmless Agreement & Release Forms. You will need one for each attendee, youth and adult.

Don't forget to sign your Release Forms.  A signed Release Form is needed for EVERY person coming to Camp Rock Creek.

Paper copies are also available and will need to be turned in to the Camp Coordinator on the day you check in.
